We are very proud to announce the opening of\u00a0Splendido Taal Sports & \u00a0Country Club. It is \u00a0the ultimate haven for sports and recreation, as it houses nearly every leisure activity imaginable, for both the young and the young at heart. A\u00a0Country Club membership\u00a0affords its members and their guests the use of all the\u00a0modern facilitities of the club.<\/p>\n

According to Efren Aurelio, Chief Designer of EA Aurelio Landscape Architects (EAALA) , the most significant features of the project are its elevation and the cool crisp air of Tagaytay. Situated on a ridge overlooking\u00a0Taal Lake, the project brief called for taking advantage of the precious views and vista.\u00a0\u00a0The\u00a0site plan\u00a0and outdoor amenities were oriented as such allowing members and visitors\u00a0breathtaking views\u00a0of the lake and volcano on one side and the golf course and the mountain on the other.<\/p>\n

Because of the terrain, the pool was situated on a lower elevation creating a fantastic water cascade (6) six meters high where water from a shallow pool cascades down a waterwall to the\u00a0swimming pool. The pool’s unique feature is a line of\u00a0palm treeson both sides with a series of steps to the pool on each side of the\u00a0palm tree\u00a0boxes. Children will enjoy the children’s pool at the east end of the main pool.<\/p>\n

The southern Californian look of the clubhouse structure is well complemented by arid style landscape all around the development which includes Mexican type planting and the introduction of various sizes of stones and pebbles.<\/p>\n

A classic\u00a0water fountainadorns the center of a courtyard where beautiful shade tolerant plant species thrive well.<\/div>\n
